The referral process at Oldham Orthodontics has been made as quick and easy as possible.

Private referrals

All you need to do to refer a patient to us for private orthodontic treatment is complete our online referral form and send it to us through the website.

We will then contact your patient to arrange an initial consultation, and will keep you informed at each stage.

NHS referrals

We cannot accept direct NHS referrals. NHS referrals must be made via www.dental-referrals.org
